I have rented properties with Gallant and Richardson for a few years on different periods. In between I used other letting agents who were awful. I can definitely state that Gallant and Richardson have given me the best experience, they were precise with their quotations, the process was professionally handled and I moved in the right time as per agreement. Their charges r quite reasonable compared to others, when moving out I have never had any deductions from my deposits , this was deposited quickly in my account on my checking out. Their referring has also been excellent !
