We completed on our purchase of a bungalow sold through Park Row yesterday, 26th August 2020. The chain consisted of 4 parties including ourselves. The timing of completion was especially critical because of the threat of Covid19 impacting any of the people in the chain - this was a very tense time! Whilst all parties, together with their solicitors, signed up to the plan, the only pro-active person (other than myself) was Katherine at Park Row. She worked consistently to get information and to encourage all parties to take the next steps - not just on the Park Row sale but on the whole chain. This was quite exceptional and well beyond what I would hope for - let alone expect. The other agents in the chain (including our own) were totally passive.
Katherine called me every week for an update and provided far better clarity into the things that had happened, and needed to happen next, than anyone else, including my own solicitor.
Katherine is a pleasure to work with - excellent communications with a pleasant 'can do' attitude.
In there early stages of our choosing and negotiating to buy the property, Amy was equally impressive with clear and accurate communication and a helpful, positive attitude.
Park Row were not my agents - I only bought through them, but I cannot imagine using any other agent for buying or selling, having been through this experience. Park Row have set the bar higher than anyone else I have worked with, or heard about. We would not be sitting in our new bungalow today had it not been for the 'behind the scenes' efforts of Katherine and Amy, so if this review sounds too good to be true - it isn't, and I will support it fully if any one wants to talk to me.

Katherine and Amy work in our aftersales team and their sole purpose is to get sales through as quickly as possible, reducing stress for buyers and sellers. Other agents generally don’t have this facility because it helps to reduce their costs (and don’t get me started on online only agents).
