We initially viewed a house via MGY three years ago and whilst it wasn't what we were looking for, our interaction with Suzanne Mackenzie left us with a good feeling about how MGY conducted business.

Fast forward to last year and we were once again looking for a house to rent and we knew that we would try and obtain something via MGY. We viewed a house in Radyr with Nicola and again had an excellent experience. Nicola was professional, honest and open in response to our questions. Between agreeing to take the property and moving in we were away on honeymoon. During this time both Suzanne and Nicola ensured that we were kept up to date on progress and provided everything that we needed to know.

During our time at the property we had some issues with maintenance caused by some internal escape of water and Suzanne and the team ensured that this was dealt with promptly and professionally.

Earlier this year in the middle of Covid our landlord informed us that he was looking to sell. Given lockdown and the climate at the time, the rental market wasn't looking great in terms of choice but Nicola did everything she could to help us find a new home going above and beyond to help us in our time of need. She even noticed our love of grey and had the garden fence painted that colour which was a nice little touch.

On inspection of the old property Suzanne was extremely helpful in talking us through the process and helping us ensure that it was returned in the right way.

Upon moving in to the new property we had a couple of queries on the inventory, the team were so helpful and noted our comments.

The girls at MGY Radyr are stars and if you are looking to rent somewhere, you can do so knowing that you are in safe hands. I thoroughly enjoy my interaction with both Nic and Suz and know that they are at the end of the phone or email should I need them.
