Gosia Prazeniak has been very hands on throughout her service -being proactive throughout. She used her own volition to resolve all issues we had during the process, at the same time letting us use our own discretion in making a decision. Never felt rushed or pressured during the process.
She even gave us her own out of office number when having trouble contacting the office, to ring in our own convenience. In which she would happily be contacted in her own time being invariably kind, courteous and resourceful.
She showed great patience and empathy especially when dealing with my father whose grasp of the English language is not the strongest. Her communication style was always succinct and transparent, so that we were always clear on details in regards to the process.
Every request was dealt with expeditiously, always going out of her way. For example, she would literally produce documents within the hour which would greatly expedite the whole process. Offering a very personalised service in this regard.

Hey Ajay - that's a fantastically generous and I'd say astute summary of what makes Gosia (and her Northwood team) different - going way beyond "normal" levels of understanding of the process of buying and selling homes to help new owners achieve their needs. It's a stressful process sometimes for both buyers and sellers, and Gosia works tirelessly to nail down the solutions to every issue, often as you say well out-of-hours.

Complaints Procedure
In the first instance, complaints are directed to the local office, Northwood (Leicester) Ltd, where any matters will be reviewed by the Director in an impartial fashion and a viewpoint reached as to validity of the complaint; this will be communicated to the client in writing. Thereafter, if this is deemed insufficient, issues can be elevated to the Franchise Office of Northwood (GB) Ltd, and if necessary then to The Property Ombudsman. The whole complaints procedure is available in written form on request.
