I've only been in communication with George for just over a month, but in that time he has facilitated me moving into the best property I have lived in so far.

Hastily arranging and then carrying out a flat viewing, communicating delays in flat refurbishments AND negotiating additions to the tenancy agreement were all actions George carried out in this short space of time on top of the usual processes involved with moving into a property.

At every single point of communication (of which there have been many) George has replied swiftly, professionally yet still with a genuine sense of empathy and understanding of the pressures involved for both myself AND the landlord.

Without a doubt my smoothest and most enjoyable experience of using an estate agent so far, George sets a high standard from what one should expect from the industry.
