Please don’t just treat this as another negative review, these people will make you anxious, upset and without faith and confidence in what should be a reliable, safe process.

Where do I even start. Me and my partner were looking for our first property to rent, and we found one in imperial house with AbbotFox. Throughout the last couple of months they have lied to us repeatedly, hardly communicated with us, and been completely incompetent. Our family have wasted hundreds of pounds in van hires due to them telling us last minute that our move in can no longer go ahead (this has happened three times), Maddie told us repeatedly that our EICR report was ready (after weeks of waiting for it), for us to find out two days before the move day that they still haven’t received it. Luckily a nice guy from sales let us know before we wasted £250 on yet another van. I am disgusted by the service they have provided us, they are full of empty promises. I would strongly advise anyone looking to rent a property to stay away from these people, they have been a waste of time. Their communication skills between their own colleagues are indescribably inefficient. We were passed around from person to person each of whom didn’t know all the details. Does that sound like a competent business to you?

It is very evident from the previous reviews we have read, that they only care about sales. If you are reading this and would like to rent through them, don’t. What they have done isn’t business, it’s frankly immoral and I will never understand how people can do this and still sleep at night. They have put our lives on hold, and they’re lack of care has effected our lives massively.
