Anthony -I could not rate high enough. He was professional, open, honest and kept us fully informed. Anthony was the reason that we chose to deal with yopa.
In regard to our specific agent I am sorry to say that I am unable to say the same. I myself when speaking with him found him a little abrasive and not approachable. 9-10 viewings were completed by the agent as we had paid additional for this and there was not positive interest. The feedback that we received was as basic as “too much work to be done “ I had to push further and request specifics to see if there was anything that we could do or even know what work people were referring too.
The final insurgent that caused us to contact Anthony directly was that one couple arrived at our home unexpectedly as there had been a mix up with the appointment booking txt messages. I called our agent to ask if he could contact them to arrange a viewing for them as we were putting the children to bed. I thought this would have been a quick simple call but I reviewed a very defensive monologue of how this was all the viewers fault and not his. I did have to cut off the conversation and advised it’s fine, it’s been a miscommunication, if you can just contact them for a convienient time to which I was advised that he would straight away.
Over 24 hours later we contacted the couple directly to see if he had been in touch, to which he had not attempted any contact. At this point I did not have any confidence that he was supporting our sale or representing the property the way it needed to be.
We were unable to get a different agent for another week, which I do understand as all agents are busy but I then myself took on the viewings until another agent could pick this up.
I completed 4 viewings and spoke with the couple last in detail. From this we had 3 offers within 24 hours.
I do feel that if we had Anthony as our agent from the start we would have easily been able to give a 5 star review and be able to recommend to all family and friends, based on the service we did receive unfortunately I can not and I am actually upset that we did pay the additional fees for our property to be shown by an experienced agent acting on our behalf, as this is not what we received.

This person is hitting out at Yopa and myself due to a buyer of her property reducing their offer, following a survey which showed some major problems with the property, and would have cost a lot of money to rectify. It's a shame that some people write untruthful and inaccurate reviews due to situations that are not the companies or agents fault.
