The worst letting experience ever!! Asked them to come out and value our property for letting. Sounds simple enough but they cocked up the time and date not once, not twice but THREE times in a row.
This even after multiple phone calls and false promises and excuses from their branch managers Charlotte and Rees, who just blamed each other's departments in super professional manner.
Please save yourself time and headache. They are just a bunch of incompetent, useless sorry excuses of estate agents.
If they can't even successfully turn up at the property to get themselves some business, imagine their level of incompetence.
