Disgrace of a letting agency!! No one rent through these guys. Run as fast as you can looks like we had a lucky escape as these people like to mess with people’s lives!! Got promised a house 8 months ago all agreed to move in and the house was ours! Been waiting 8 months for them to sort the house out and now they have decided to email us “oh sorry landlord has changed his insurance policy now so you can’t have it now” wow after 8 months of us waiting? then Mr Charles Ryan had the cheek to stand and smirk at my boyfriends mum like it’s funny!! We ain’t the only people he’s done it to by looking at the other reviews! Best thing you can do is run and do not get any property from these guys!
