We wanted to sell our first home in order to move to a larger property, closer to where we grew up and in the catchment area for a particular school for our child.
I set about getting valuations from several local estate agents, but what convinced me to choose Mark Antony was their attention to detail from the outset.
Sonya was fantastic when she came to value our property - extremely friendly and professional, asking questions that nobody else had asked to get a true insight into what our property had to offer.
From there, I exchanged emails regularly with Laura, who was, again, very approachable, always had the answers and super fast with her responses. She also put an excellent brochure together within 24 hours of our photos being taken.
With MA’s help and excellent marketing, we received an offer for the full asking price within four days of our property going live on the market. Sandra was fantastic throughout this process in keeping us informed on where the offer was up to, while also assisting with an offer we made on a new property. Once again, the updates were regular and thorough.
From my experience, I would highly recommend Mark Antony to anyone looking at buying/selling a property.
