My rating is zero for this company. I was interested in a property in Kent With the Uckfield branch and inquired . Initially I had a rushed telephone conversation with one of the staff because he told me he had to go out quickly , I asked a few questions and then was told they would send the details I needed on email that afternoon which did not come through.
I then called before the end of the day and got someone else, they also said they would send the details but they did not arrive. The next day was Saturday so I called again and found out both the staff I spoke to were not there Saturday. I was promised the same details by the 3rd staff member and and they still did not come through. I waited 3 days and Still nothing.
I finally found the owner of the property because of no response from agent ,he was very helpful and gave me all the info I needed and more. It's now been 4 days and still no response from Fine and Country , really not acceptable !
