It seemed to be fate that Fine & Country would be the agents to sell our property for us.
I first met Jan when he came to my shop, and when I saw the brochures in his car boot I thought how professional they looked. Some time later Fine & Country sold a neighbours house, and they were very satisfied with the service, so we decided to use Jan and Ildi for our sale.
From the outset they were professional and very attentive to our needs,
The brochure they produced was first rate, and showed the property to its full potential.
With the property being such a unique proposition we though it may take a while to sell, but in the end Jan and Ildi found the right buyer before we even went to market!
The whole transaction has been smooth and stress free, and as a bonus the property has gone to a lovely couple!
We would certainly use Fine & Country again, although hopefully not too soon!
