Id advise anyone looking for a student house in Plymouth not to go with unity lets for many reasons.
They are really unprofessional when it comes to problems with their Lettings as if you call with a problem they hang up the phone on you. If there is a fault with the house they blame the tenents and will try charge you for the problem even if you have not caused it. They are cheap skates who like to “quick fix” things and not actually deal with the real problem at hand such as mice infestations, mould on walls that they just paint over and leaving faecal matter in your shower for a week and refusing to deal with it when ask to. If you want to live in a house that isn’t actually habitual and unsafe to live in then I would suggest go with them. I wouldn’t even give them one star but had too to post this review.
