Although good communication with the putchase of the house, this was all made dissappointing when i noted there was no key for the patio door. Bob parry rep asked the seller who said they never use to lock it and just used the latch inside. When i mentioned I was unhappy. Bob Parry did not want to know.

So all in all defensive in the end and dissapointing. Think twice if you want good customer service.

Hello Dilwyn
Thank you for taking the time to post your comments. We're sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with a key for your patio door. Our role and contract is to introduce a purchaser for a property, we are not responsible for keys. It is our understanding that the property was secure and when asked a question about the key we asked the former owner and relayed their feedback to you. I am sorry there was nothing more we could do.
Wishing you well in your new home.
