AWFUL. Rubbish from the start for a first time private renter. I explained that I was unsure what to do with deposits, paperwork and such so my whole apllication process took much longer and I was handing in the wrong things without being advised that she was still waiting for the right documents, so I thought I had done everything right! It took any longer than two weeks to get signed up anyways rendering my initial holding fee useless!!! No help at all. I was misinformed when I handed my deposit over that it would automatically be put into a deposit holding scheme where nobody can touch it until I moved out. Well that was WRONG, yes it is in my contract that the landlord has full control over my deposit, but I did not get that AFTER they took my money. I emailed for help twice after I left the property to which nobody replied, not even to say they couldn't help! It was stressful enough moving right at the start of the corona lockdown without having any help. What is the point of a letting agency for renters?? I am now stuck in a dispute three months later and I don't think I will get it back. Don't give your customers face to face misinformation about the protection of their monies - just be honest and straight up. I have avoided using Pattinson again just for the fact their customer service is severly sub par, especially at Gosforth. DO NOT RECCOMEND FOR RENTERS.
