THE MOST DISHONEST AND INCOMPETENT GROUP OF PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH...Recently saw a flat and arranged a viewing with Peter Alan, Cardiff City Centre CF10 2DZ I was driving 200 miles to see the property then after viewing I was happy to pay 6 month upfront plus deposit £5800 they requested and signed the contract but the guy (Daffyd Williams) told me to drive back home and in the meantime they will contact the landlord to discuss about it and once I arrived home I can pay over the phone and also they will email me all the papers to sing and that's all. I even asked him and willing to pay the deposit right there to take the flat off the website but he refused and I was told they’ll be waiting for me to get home and pay for it.
I had to cancel couple of more appointments with different agencies at the same day as I trusted his words and I was definitely sure the flat is mine.
I was driving back home again 200 miles and called them up to make a payment but they said unfortunately the property has bee reserved while I was driving back home and giving me bunch of rubbish excuses that it’s a very busy month and there are a lot of students calling to rent a house…
ARE YOU JOKING????? You made me to drive 400 miles and cancelled 2 other viewings and you knew I definitely want the flat and ready to make a full 6 months payment but you did not even wait for me to get home and pay for it?? I’M NOT DONE WITH THESE LIARS LIARS. I am calling and mailing Peter Alan head office to make a complaint and apply for compensation and if it has not sorted, I do not give it up that easy. I have all the time in the world to chase the matter up until I get it properly sorted.

Issues as a tenant as well. They gave me a dodgy property with no hot water, no fire alarms, no working appliances, urine stained mattress and carpets. They aren't properly relaying information I am giving them to the landlord leading to delays, landlord has had enough and said shes not dealing with it. Now I am issueing a lawsuit against the landlord to reclaim money in lost rent and damages.
