Thanks for a professional and hassle-free service from Wayne, who explained the selling process clearly and helped us every step of the way. Our house was on the market within a week and sold within 48 hours. At the same time a family member's house was being sold, via a traditional high street agent, and the difference was obvious: we could contact our agent out of office hours, they couldn't; we could arrange viewings ourselves to schedule them together, they had viewings spread out over weeks; ours was sold within a couple of days, theirs took almost a year; our listing was accurate, theirs took months to get right; our agent answered his phone, theirs had an answer machine; their agent lost paperwork, ours was all electronic and online; ours sold for the asking price, theirs ended up being reduced many times. There is no need for high street estate agents - the services they charge for are redundant in the modern world. I'm not planning to move house for a very long time, but when I do I wouldn't even consider using another agent to sell, and would recommend Yopa to anyone.

This person is hitting out at Yopa and myself due to a buyer of her property reducing their offer, following a survey which showed some major problems with the property, and would have cost a lot of money to rectify. It's a shame that some people write untruthful and inaccurate reviews due to situations that are not the companies or agents fault.
