AVOID AVOID AVOID ...absolutely terrible service give by this estate agents, would definetly not recommend to anyone, advertise properties that have already been taken, dont return phone calls or emails! Complete waste of time even trying to use this company!

I 100 percent agree with you.
I can imagine they are busy but the (dis)service was unbelievably terrible.
At a point, I was on the verge of tears.
If this is what people are getting PAID for, then I might be in the wrong profession, where I actually do work.

Hi Marina, I have read through your review and can only apologise that you feel the way you do about how the situation has unfolded. When you made your application the landlord was happy to proceed and we were all set to progress your application and work towards a move in date. It was only when another application came in on the property that things changed. When the new offer came in we legally had to put it to the landlord, he then made the decision to proceed with the new applicants ...
