We were ready and packed to move within 2 weeks. Not heard anything from British Homesellers. Contacted our solicitor who found out that the owners had changed their mind about selling. Not informed by British Homeseller. The estate agent rarely answered his phone or replied to emails. Cost us £1,600 in fees because of lack of communication. Would not recommend

What you have described as happened should never have happened, and I want to look into this for you to find out what went wrong. If you were proceeding with a partner, it would be worth sharing their name too as details may be their under their name on our system.
