Our familys been in commercial & residential lettings for over 30 years . Throughout our years in this industry we've had the pleasure of using various letting agency's . some of the companies that spring to mind are cj.hole,Boardwalk,bundy & bond ,knight frank,connells , maggs & allen and ETP .
speaking from personal experience connells appalling ,maggs run a mile run by children and as for ETP i would rather negotiate with squatters .
In all my days the only agency that really stands out is LETS RENTS BRISTOL.If you want a letting agency who has your best interest , from my personal experience LETS RENT BRISTOL.
If you have trust issues with your property , you can trust LETS RENT for sure .
I've used LETS RENT BRISTOL to address very unsavoury tenants for eviction on more than one accassion , with much success .They made a very unpleasant situation most comforting . Legally experienced from A to Z . For their professional services comparatively i would say they under priced themselves .
I would like to sincerely thank LETS RENT BRISTOL for their overall
GENERAL EXCELLENCE in this difficult industry
