Im not sure what the Je Je stands for but for me its Just Excuses because thats all i got from this company. I used them to let my 2 bed house out in Kingston after they offered me their excellent service for a reasonable price. I was wary at first but after three days of being on the market they found me what they considered an excellent tenant who wanted to pay the rent up fornt. Well after telling all the other agents that new tenants had been found and they stopped marketing it, did the bullshit start. I asked to see their references after a week and they stalled. I asked to see the signed agreement they stalled.
After a week of the supposed move in date not one person in their lettings team called me. I had to do all the chasing and eventually they admitted that there was no tenant and they were continuing to market the property. So all along there was no tenant and their ploy to fend of the other agents back fired. It cost me a lot of money in mortgage payments and I had to then call all the other agents to tell them to remarket the property.
Thank god KFH and Dexters were on the ball. They both had offers for me that afternoon and I decided to go with KFH because their tenant wanted a 2 year contract.
I would never use Je Je Barons again as they are no better than the other sharks that operate in Kingston
