Buying through Marsh & Parsons Kensington branch was a nightmare. Offer based on property being taken off the market.... they never removed its online listing and also did not put a marker e.g ‘ under offer’ on. This led to the vendor being approached by other agents and us feeling harangued by Ed handling the sale for M&P, to exchange when significant information still needed. Avoid.

The estate agents can be very quick to push you in to decisions and financial obligations that you can't afford. I felt I was preyed on as I was vulnerable and new to the area, and ended up being persuaded into something I inevitably could ...

We are going through a NIGHTMARE. We moved from Europe, in a Marsh and Parsons apartment a month ago, with our 3 year old. We reported an awful smell in the master bedroom right away. After having the manager of the buikding unreachable and contractors come ...

Be very wary of Marsh and Parsons. I am an expat executive who relocated, and looked at a property once on a pre-assignment trip. The estate agent promised to do multiple things including sending additional photos and doing a skype walk-through -- which he never ...

Comment on agent fees
Refusing to release fees despite my need to relocate (at my expense) as a result of issues that were known and existing prior to my occupancy. These people will hold onto their cash with a death grip regardless of whether they are right or wrong

We understand your frustration and disappointment at what turned out to be a very difficult situation. We must point out that we are not a neutral party and are not the owners of the property; we act for the landlord (our client) who has now released you from your contract. We strongly advised our client in this matter and agreed to waive the entirety of our fees in order to facilitate this decision. We cooperated fully with your relocation agency, communicating openly the position of our clien ...

My best experience yet working with a lettings agent. Excellent advice, always responsive and thoroughly professional including late at night and throughout weekends. Quick results, and the most accurate valuation by far. The fees aren't the lowest but in my case they were 120% deserved, both ...

Great lettings team, really helpful every step of the way, referred to all people I know who are looking for property. I think a lot of the negative reviews come from people misunderstanding what the actual agents job is! Some people (tenants) have no initiative!...
