Doesn’t even deserve 1 star, myself and two friends rented a property for our second Year of Uni and during this year dealt with rats, a bedroom ceiling which constantly leaked from the shower and an unclean home with broken furniture when we first moved in. Our attempts to contact Rightlet regarding the leaking ceiling and shower were ignored and not dealt with from September to January, and we were then charged £650+ in damages caused by this, and for furniture including beds which were broken before we moved in. We were left WITHOUT the use of a shower for multiple days at a time, at least twice a month and at times the agency would even remove the shower head and take it out of the house rather than repair the hole in the ceiling; meaning that we were unable to use the property despite still being charged full and extortionate rent. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, avoid this agency and their cheap, unbothered landlords.

We have just worked with Right Let Leeds to find tenants for two of our properties. We were personally recommended this letting agent (from a very experienced Landlord - they do full management and we do Intro Only). COULD NOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!
