We had expected that buying another place at our age would be very difficult or even impossible. From the start, everyone at Manning Stainton was helpful and encouraging. We were made to feel very special, like ours was the most important move on earth. Jenny made all our difficulties melt away. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We are thankful particularly to Jenny, handled so many tricky situations on our behalf with great tact and diplomacy, averting the need for us to get into any wrangling or discord. The only reason for 4 stars , not 5, is that our viewing was conducted by the vendor rather than by Manning Stainton. It turned out that the vendor did not give accurate information or disclose serious problems with the property. She gave misleading and false answers to our questions. We feel that this brings Manning Stainton into disrepute and would rather they did not allow this practice.
As far as the service provided by Manning Stainton is concerned, we cannot speak highly enough. We want to say a huge THANK YOU to Jenny for going above and beyond to help us, and to everyone else at Manning Stainton who made our house moving journey run smoothly. The whole team were warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. They were genuinely concerned to give us the best possible service.
