Heard great things about them only to be let down. Nice people but ineffective estate agents ive had more views in last two weeks with another estate agents then 3 months with Goadsby. Various issues happened with Goadsby from lose of Keys to turning up to viewings without keys.
When we eventually sold there was hardly any communication from them about what was going on and to find out the buyer pulled out and went with another property with them wasnt great. When issues were raised with them nothing was particulally done and when stated were going to another estate agents the response was basically was ok bye - Wouldn't Recommend and definitely wont be using again

Agents fee good however the introduction fee to Premier Lawyers (£275) paid to Goadsbys is in our opinion obscene. Our purchases used them and the service from them was shambolic, to say the least.
