Terrible communication, terrible service. They have lovely properties but you will be forgotten about and frustrated.
From as soon as we signed the contract and paid our deposit the service was terrible.
W&R were slow to deal with any maintenance issue, you have to email any correspondence to them but when you phone call to chase for a reply are told to email again. We complained of damp in June and it wasn't addressed until January.
Upon moving in there was an issue with the garden that we eventually had to handle because they were so slow to deal with anything. Then, at the end of our tenancy when they still had our deposit they charged us over and above what would have been required to rectify a small garden maintenance issue. When asked for an invoice from the garden company used to do this we were provided with an invoice generated from their partner company with no further information - how convenient for them.
We were threatened with having more money withheld from our deposit if we didn't accept the garden maintenance charge. We spoke with Eamonn who was blatantly rude and attempted to intimidate us on the phone. We had used a cleaning company he hadn't heard of, which apparently meant that the standard of cleaning was not good enough. We were told the new tenant reported broken appliances and complained the cleaning wasn't good enough, we asked for proof of these complaints but we never received them.
Use another agency, do not use W&R.
