Good Morning,
My house sale is due to complete tomorrow after a very long and hard 7 months. It’s been probably one of the worst things I’ve ever had to go through, due to an incompetent solicitor, COVID and the difficult position my buyer was in with his job. At one point half packed with two children living with me to find everything was put on hold for another eight weeks because of the virus I was in despair.
I’ve done nothing but worry, stress and been so close to giving up and staying put thinking I can’t deal with anymore bad news with this sale. If it wasn’t for Jamie I don’t know what I would have done. I think it should be recognised how brilliant she’s been, she’s gone above and beyond her job role with this. Without her I would have been lost, Jamie is an absolute credit to your team in my eyes. I wanted to say thank you to her from the bottom of my heart and if every company had a one of her they would be very lucky. If this sale had of fallen through, which at many times along the way we thought it would the only reason I wouldn’t have gone back to a Warrington Estate agent is because of her.
Thank you for everything and this lady needs a massive pat on the back. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending your services.
