Jorgensen Turner have been by far the best agent I have dealt with in London. Having found a place we liked, we were unfortunate in that other tenants had an offer accepted before us. We were very disappointed as we absolutely loved the place. Fortunately, the place became available again though and Benjamin from Jorgensen Turner went above and beyond to reach back out to us letting us know. From that moment, the whole customer experience was spot on. Both Benjamin and Ieva kept us regularly up-to-date, going back and forth between the landlady and us to ensure we knew how things were progressing. I have experienced many agents in the past that simply aren't interested or are just trying to get you through as fast as possible. Not here though. Everything was done extremely professionally, Ieva even followed up with us a few weeks after the move to check-in that everything was going OK. I've never seen this in the 5 other tenancies I've had during my time in London! Particularly during the COVID situation, the team went out of their way to ensure things were done properly, whilst still allowing us to get all the information we needed to make a decision on the tenancy. Honestly - I couldn't rate the team any better - from start to finish, the customer centric mindset, the regular communication, the willingness to work with us and the landlady to accommodate our needs, and the follow up - was all in all a great experience and excellent job by Ieva and Benjamin. Thanks a lot to them for making this possible and moving into a home we love!
