"ABOVE AND BEYOND" was how I titled my letter of thanks to Stephen, having first viewed our property back in October but thoughtfully and professionally advised and viewed again as refurbishment works slowly proceeded, and then through the coronavirus lockdown until marketed in May and sold by June.
The property attracted a lot of interest and a good number of offers, with Stephen capably managing all aspects and negotiations , maintaining his friendly demeanour yet insightful approach and excellent communications throughout.
