Very disappointed and let down. Having seen a property advertised with a different letting agent just as lockdown hit us, i was subsequently informed that the property I was enquiring about has been handed over to Northwood. I immediately contacted Northwood the 10th and 11th June asking about this particular property and told by Georgina And Erica that they could see they had received the property details that same day but were yet to input the information onto their system, however someone would contact me as soon as they had. Today, 19th, I email for an update as having looked a couple of times on their website there was still no news about this property. I was mortified when I received a response telling me this property had now been let to “The first enquiry”?! The first enquiry? Surely that was me who enquired about it on the 10th, the day the property was handed to you? Can not describe how disappointed I am as I had been trying to source this property since March for my elderly Mother.
