I am quite shocked at the level of inconsistency with this company. To talk to on the phone, the staff are lovely. There just seems to be no communication between them all and I have only spoken to the same member of staff twice. First viewing with them was really good and we told them we would like to offer on the property on Monday morning as the viewing was Friday teatime. Funnily enough by Monday morning, the property had sold!! I'm not sure how that happened over the weekend and seemed like a set up to us!! So, the next viewing on another property was arranged. turned up to be told the house was sold!!
