Having previously rented a property via another agent i got used to poor customer service, however, from the onset partridge homes where fantastic dealing with my application!
From the beginning Nikki was knowledgeable, quick to respond to any question or query i had whilst being really friendly and reliable. felt supported and in the know all the way through My application which was nothing like my previous agent! Thank you for making it seamless!
Following my move in, i did encounter some issues, again, tracey was quick to turn these around with my landlord, i felt as though my issues where taken on board, i felt listened too and empathised with which again was miles apart from what i had experienced previously!
Thank you to all of the team, you deserve the 5 star rating!
