I engaged this estate agent after trying a few others in Sidmouth and was immediately impressed by the friendliness, efficiency and local knowledge of all members of staff that I dealt with.
There were regular phone calls made to me with progress checks or just general enquiries as to my health.
All viewings were very punctual and carried out professionally.
My property was sold relatively quickly and I received virtually my asking price.
This estate agent goes the "extra mile" in customer care even storing items for me at their home address while my move was taking place.
All in all I strongly recommend this agent which displays excellent customer service from engagement to completion.
