The Huddersfield branch did not take any notice whatsoever regarding our property search requirements. We were specific about where we wanted to be and also where we didn't want to be. They were told our max budget and we're sent properties in, not only, the areas we didn't want were also up to £50k over budget. All of those that were in requested areas didn't meet our requirements.
We have also requested, on 3 occasions, that we be removed from their mailing list and that all data held be deleted. This has also not been auctioned as we have received a call from them regarding a viewing requested several weeks ago and yet had viewings on property requested recently.
All in all the experience with Ryder & Dutton has been terrible to say the least.

I am sorry that the original registration of your details were not accurate to your circumstances. We aim to update these on a regular basis as often peoples search criteria can change over time. I can see that the offer you made on one of our properties was rejected and we understood that you were continuing your search. However now we are aware you are no longer looking we have removed you from our data base.
