I have used Hunters for the last year, since they took over my old letting agents in Stoke Newington. I let my property through them using their 'fully managed' service (I put the phrase in brackets for a reason). They have had staff changeovers every few weeks in the last couple of months - I'm on my 3rd property manager, but they haven't bothered to tell me of any of the changes. They don't chase late rent, they don't send warning letters about noise when asked; in fact, they sometimes don't respond to emails for WEEKS. They are unprofessional and frankly a waste of money - they have caused me huge problems with my neighbours and a lot of unnecessary work chasing for services they are meant to provide. I would highly recommend avoiding at all costs.
What agent could do to change your mind?
You should try delivering the basic services that you're sellling. Having staff for more than a few weeks would help, as would some communciation of any changes to your 'customers'. You seem to have forgotten what you're being paid for. You are one of the worst agents that I've dealt with, and I haven't been impressed with any so far. A pitiful industry.Attached Filesnbsp;
