We requested a viewing twice through Rightmove and called given the lack of response before we had an agent set us up with a viewing. After over a week of trying to communicate with this agency, the agent giving us a viewing left us waiting outside with no response. We waited nearly 25 minutes before leaving since we traveled out of our way to get to the apartment. Complete waste of time and clearly an agency not adamant about customer service or consideration for their clients. Will never been working with this agency again! Thank you for wasting our time.

What agent could do to change your mind?
This Agent has a prestigious brand and should have a duty of care to anyone who deals with them. Before they represent a property they should make sure that the property details are accurate and they should be willing to stand by their marketing details. If they are only ever interested in the Landlord (taking instructions) they will run out of people willing to be tenants with them as agent. Their poor behaviour will surely catch up with them in the long term.
