I would like to say the most heartfelt thank you I can to Blue Bubble, for all the
company has done for me as an expat landlord since July 2018.

As a landlord,I came to be with the company as a result of having to leave another estate agent in Southampton, with which I was having horrendous problems.

Looking back now, I realise just how lucky I was that a family member gifted me Bubble Bubble's details, after finding out about the nature of the company's reputation.

At the time, I dreaded the change over to Blue Bubble. The continuing problems I had had with the old estate agent left me with little faith in the estate agency industry as a whole. Also, more importantly, I feared that my position as an expat landlord living and working abroad would again be taken advantage of. I had learned through my bitter experience with my previous estate agent, that your ability to deal with problems regarding your property just on the phone and through e-mail, may not have the same success rate as the ability to deal with them face to face.

However, my dealings with David and Adrian could not have proven my
concerns and negative feelings more wrong.

From the time of the initial contact with David in July 2018, to receiving the latest amount of rent from Adrian in May this year, the company's service
for me as a landlord has been impeccable. I can't think of any time when I
have doubted their intentions, and been unhappy with the service they have
provided for my properties. They have clearly shown me, that they believe best business practice is achieved with ethics as the foundation.

To all prospective landlords, and in particular expat landlords, I wholeheartedly, without reservation, recommend Blue Bubble to you for complete management of your property.
