I had a terrible experience with this agency in the two years that I rented a flat in Bath as a student. The agents are rude, unwilling to help and charge a ridiculously high price for a poor quality service. Even during the Covid-19 crisis the agents were not understanding of the situation. The house rent price is increased every year without any improvement to the flat or service. I would highly recommend not using this agency.

Totally agree! Extremely rude, very unhelpful people, and if you dare to telephone them they cannot wait to get rid of you!
