I've been a tenant of howick and brooker for the past 5 years and in all honesty I am very reluctant to use any other letting agency. Due to such excellent service I have recieved, I have rented two properties with you and both have been inspected every 3 months without fail and any maintenance issues reported and resolved. All staff that have visited have been so friendly, helpful and always have there tenants best interests at heart! Christine, I dont see her often as I believe she works in the accounts department. She ensured when I was evicted from my first property that your team would do there up most best to find me somewhere else in such a short period of time. Karen who visits us every 3 months and has the most friendliest caring attitude, always ensuring things in my current property are maintained. Thank you for such a great service.
