The Bath Property Shops due dilligence is limited and fails to identify major implications for tenants, this failure was so monumental it resulted in us serving notice on the property.
The deposit return adminstered through the company is also unequivocally flawed allowing landlords to delay proceedings and run rampant over the process. The deposit return process is also devolved across multiple agencies so understanding the process and accountability becomes unnecessarily confused.
Avoid this letting company at all costs.
