Right from the word go Fine & Country were professional, confident, attentive & knowledgeable. They are not just a 9-5 company which makes everything so much easier & they will always carry out the viewings if required. The brochure they produce is of excellent quality & gives prospective buyers an in-depth insight into the property & we found this made them better matched to our house. We had tried 2 agents previously over a period of more than 2 years & hadn't had any success, a lot of the viewings had been extremely disappointing whereas F&C vet & match their prospective buyers. We had lots of viewings & it wasn't long before we had 2 potential buyers in a position to proceed & obtained a price above the lowest asking figure. The professional advice & support was there right through to completion, they may charge a little more than some agents but are worth it a hundred times over. We would be happy to recommend F&C & if we ever found ourselves moving again in the future we would not even consider going to anyone else!
