Hunters are beyond a joke. No two ways about it. Got contract signed, they allowed tenant to reneg for COVID, but guess what, they didn't have the courtesy to let me know they had done that, and I found out weeks later at start date. And then when I suggest they have a nerve for not telling me, they drop my business, but still hold my keys.

If you want a group that takes the easy fees but will do nothing for you at any other point in time, pick these guys.

Appalling letting and estate agents, stay well clear. Gave out 2 sets of keys to builders when property was being refurbished , builder locked themselves out , all the keys on the one key chain which hunters had given out resulting in locks being changed. Came from London ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Appoint honest people. the whole process felt uncomfortable from the start. But we were reassured that everything was above board. it took 2 different solicitors firms to point out that we were in a contract race even though denied by estate agent. hunters you need to train your staff properly
