Very unimpressed. Seem totally disorganised. They constantly fail to return calls and never seem to know anything whenever you do speak to them. They charge premium fees, and they are far from premium, despite a high street presence.

They also use very questionable tactics trying to force you to go with an extortionate in-house mortgage provider. The line is that "you don't have to, but it will make your offer look better."

Avoid at all costs... if you can.

Truly awful customer service. 3 phone calls to arrange a viewing for a flat in Exeter. Each time I was promised a call back which never came.
