No central heating since moving in. No details given when it will be fixed, and was told that we might need to cover the costs- we said no as this is not our responsibilities. Daytime bearable at 16-17 degrees (still below standards of at least 18°C in sleeping rooms, and 21°C in living rooms), and the lowest temperature is about 6-8 degrees overnight.
Then we got this phone call from their head of maintenance who was very condescending. Started the conversation with "Are you in Flat 2, Let me tell you something..." without self-introduction, so we recorded this (tried to attach this to the review). Now we feel unsafe in this flat as this person has our full address, work details and keys to the flat. Like gangster talk.
