As a first time buyer, overall this experience became an absolute nightmare experience - after completing a purchase in the midst of Covid19 and with my father passing as a result of Covid, once the deal was done, then that also included all the presales, customer service skills going too.
I won't paint all the agents there with the same brush but Emma was shocking once the move was completed, she went from being responsive and helpful prior to the move to absolute not giving a sh*t once the deal was made, after i had to chase up various important info and even extremely difficult trying to arrange key pickup as I was having to self-isolate.
Ironically, I am planning to rent out the property due to circumstances and no way would I use Wentworth after that experience

Best Letting Agent in Birmingham 
No central heating since moving in. No details given when it will be fixed, and was told that we might need to cover the costs- we said no as this is not our responsibilities. Daytime bearable at 16-17 degrees (still below standards of at least 18°C in sleeping rooms, and 21°C in living rooms), and the lowest temperature is about 6-8 degrees overnight.
Then we got this phone call from their head of maintenance who was very condescending. Started the conversation with "Are you in Flat 2, Let me tell you something..." without self-introduction, so we recorded this (tried to attach this to the review). Now we feel unsafe in this flat as this person has our full address, work details and keys to the flat. Like gangster talk.
