Angie was avaliable and helped when possible, she went out of her way to get me the keys on exchange when another member of staff was busy.
I did feel the initial duscussions with the 'front of house' sales girls seemed a bit pushy. And didnt fully explain the 'best and final' to me. I later found out the other offer was for less than I offered, I felt like I could have got it for less than I paid for it. They seemed like they just wanted the most they could get out of me.

I am sorry that you felt negotiations seemed "pushy"? I am very proud of my teams negotiating skills, but respect that you feel this way. We are here to achieve the best price for our Vendors and I am sure that you respect that. When there is other interest, this can lead to negotiations regarding the price. Our Vendor did kindly agree to accept your offer,under the asking price and the Surveyor agreed with the price you paid..
