Do not trust them!!!

I gave my property to this company following a recommendation from my mortgage advisor. Biggest mistake I have ever made. I now have a property riddled with black mould and cockroach infested. Bhavin Patel let my property knowing that it would be overcrowded. The person he let the property to did not even live at the property. He Knew this. I visited my property after several complaints from my neighbour and found that 4 men, a female and 2 children were living in the property. when question I was told the estate agent knows this. He never carried out the tenancy checks as promised, all he did was collect the rent and felt that he provided a service. after I found out what was going on in my property and complained to him by email and telephone he stopped corresponding with me. he even encouraged the tenants to move out the day before they agreed with me (so that I could check the property was cleaned) the property was left dusty and dirty and the kitchen was left so greasy riddled with dirt in every crease and crevasse. sent several emails to him and get no reply. Will now be sending a complaint to the property redress scheme. Good luck to all that use this company!
