I have been using Martin & Co in Winchester both for letting properties as well as selling one of them very recently. They understand both markets very well and do so by initiating and developing excellent local contacts in Winchester and surrounding areas. Against all the odds they managed to sell one of properties in a 5 week timescale in spite of the present pandemic with all the associated issues. I strongly recommend anyone in need to either letting, purchase or sales advice to contact their Director, Julian Bessey for the very best advice. GS
