Presentation is all. When we first viewed the property, Piers arrived before us, opened the gates, opened the blinds, turned on the lights, opened all the doors, and removed the post. This made our initial viewing a positive experience, unlike so many others, when the agents were not so bothered.
Piers made every effort on our subsequent visit to give us further information as requested, about our property and adjacent development proposals. We were therefore able to make an informed decision which subsequently resulted in our purchase.
He politely and efficiently negotiated and facilitated a satisfactory financial compromise to enable our purchase to go ahead. He was helpful throughout, including on the day of key exchange.
Overall, a professional approach.
