Very hands off approach, no oversite of tennants. Anything that requires leaving office is performed poorly. Vetting of tennants was good with good financial checks.

Had exactly the same experience with them. Even to the point of arranging for someone from Peterkins to be in the office 4 weeks in advance, only for them to flat out refuse to honor it when the time came. Will never let with them again. ...
