When my father passed away last year, we required the services of a local Estate Agent in order to sell his home. There was no one more local than Partridge Homes at the Yew Tree in Birmingham. We telephoned and made an appointment with Callum who was soon around to view the property and give us a valuation together with the costs involved. Within a few days we confirmed we would use their services and an appointment was made to visit the house again and take measurements and photographs. He always arrived on time. House particulars were soon printed and sent to us for approval. We were advised to hold an open day on a Saturday and were very surprised by the number of people who viewed. The following week we had received a number of offers and, following Callum's advice, went with a first time buyer. The sale went through without any problems and we would certainly recommend Partridge Homes to anyone looking for a reliable Estate Agent.
